Return Policies

One of the benefits of buying a diamond from Jogia Diamonds is that you enjoy a generous and easy return policy. This means that you have time to inspect the diamond or diamond jewellery for yourself, get the item appraised, and even propose. Although our return rate is extremely low, we do offer an easy and quick return process that covers both shipping and insurance back to us.

Crossfire & Signature Series Diamonds

Crossfire and Signature Series diamonds can be returned up to 30 days from the day you receive the diamond. Shipping and insurance is paid for by us, therefore, you will be left with no out of pocket expenses.

Crossfire & Signature Series Buy-Back Policy

All Crossfire & Signature Series diamonds come with a one year, 80% buy back policy. This means that for up to a year after purchase, you can return it and we'll give you 80% of the diamond purchase price. Again, we'll organise the shipping and insurance, so you'll get exactly 80% back.

International Selection Diamonds

We offer a 14 day return policy for our International Selection diamonds. This period starts from the time we send you the analysis. Unless there is something wrong with the diamond (eg not eye-clean), we charge a small fee which covers the cost of shipping and insurance back to the vendor. Of course, if there is anything wrong with the stone, we'll either refund your deposit in full or organise a replacement.

Rings, Earrings & Other Jewellery

Because a tremendous amount of labour goes into making each piece, we do not offer a return policy on our rings. However, our policy is to make you, the customer 100% happy, and will endeavour to remedy any problems that may occur. We also able to re-model rings made by us at a heavily discounted price.

Return Procedure

Due to issues with insurance, returning a diamond worth thousands of dollars may be a difficult, time consuming and costly experience. However, we've taken the pain out of returning a diamond by sending our own insured courier to come and pick it up for you. This service is included in your purchase price.

Once we receive the diamond or piece of jewellery, we will analyse it in our lab and employ third parties if needed to analyse the item. Once we are satisfied you've returned what we sent out, we'll process the exchange or refund. Be aware that the refund will be in the same form of payment as you originally paid - so if you paid by credit card, we'll refund your credit card etc. In general, returns are processed the same day we receive the item back, but please allow an extra day for processing.

Damaged Diamonds

All diamonds returned must be in an undamaged condtion, as per the certificate and our microscopic photograph. We can not accept returns for diamonds that are damaged (chips, cleavage plane fractures etc).
