As an extra service to our Sydney and Melbourne customers, we have organised independent appraisers to act as an escrow in both Sydney and Melbourne.

This service is designed to eleviate any concerns that our customers may have when buying online. This service is not designed to allow you to view our diamonds when you are still shopping around.

This service is for loose diamonds only - not rings or other settings. We recommend you ask the independent appraiser for local jeweller recommendations, or, alternatively, we can organise the diamond to be returned for us to manufacture the setting.

Because the appraisers we use are independent, we have to pay their fees regardless of the outcome. Therefore we charge $150 for this service. This fee is taken off the purchase price for Crossfire and Signature Series diamonds, however, is added to the price of International Selection diamonds regardless of the outcome. Additionally, if you return your Crossfire or Signature Series diamond, the $150 fee is not refundable.

We can send a maximum of three Crossfire and Signature Series diamonds or one International Selection diamond.
