Diamonds in Stock

Crossfire and Signature Series diamonds, as well as rings can be ordered online, or over the phone. To order a loose Crossfire or Signature Series diamond online, click the "Buy Now" button on the diamond page. To order a ring with a Crossfire or Signature Series diamond in it, add the diamond and the ring design to our ring builder and click the blue "Buy Now" button on the right hand side. Similarly, if you already have a centre diamond, our rings can be ordered by themselves by clicking the "Buy Now" button the ring's page. Alternatively, if you do not wish to order online, you can phone us on 1800 722 237 and one of our friendly consultants will take your order for you.

International Selection Diamonds & Rings

Because we do not hold our International Selection Diamonds in stock, we first must confirm their availability. In 99% of cases, they are available. International Selection diamonds can not be ordered online, and thus need to be ordered over the phone or in our Perth showroom. For diamonds under $10,000, we require a $200 deposit to call the diamond in, and for diamonds over $10,000, we require a 10% deposit.

International Selection diamonds usually take between 5 and 7 days for us to receive the diamond. After we receive the diamond, we will do our full analysis, just like our Crossfire and Signature Series diamonds and email it to you. Once you approve, we can either ship the diamond to you, or start manufacturing a ring.

Discount Policy

All or prices are published on our website, therefore, we aim to be as competitive, both internationally and locally, as possible. Therefore, we do not offer discounts on either our diamonds or rings, meaning the price you see on our site is the price you will pay.

Order Tracking System

Once your order is placed, you will receive regular status updates via email and/or SMS. You can also track your order via our order tracking page. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via email or SMS as well.
