Jewellery Manufacturing Methods and Quality

Handmade Quality

All our rings are handmade, from the highest quality gold and platinum alloy stock. This means that we start from a block of gold or platinum alloy, usually 6x6mm wide and shape it into a ring. Whilst this is more expensive than importing or casting, the end product is one of better quality, better finish and a more durable ring that will last for generations, without breaking or wearing out. Our Workshop

We are one of the few jewellers left in Australia who own jewellery manufacturing workshop and therefore employ our own jewellers and train apprentices. Located in North Perth, our modern workshop can produce any jewellery, all handmade to the highest standard. Customers can also communicate directly with the jeweller who is manufacturing or repairing their piece of jewellery either in person, on the phone or via email.

Alloys Used

We use the highest quality alloys, meaning our platinum and white gold rings are whiter, brighter and more durable than most others. Our alloys are as follows:

• 18kt White Gold: 75% gold, 14% palladium. No nickel is used.
• Platinum: 95% platinum with Ruthenium. No copper is added.

Quality Assurance

Each piece we manufacture is subjected to strict quality assurance procedures, in order to ensure the best finished product. Due to the fact that some faults may necessitate re-manufacturing all or part of the ring, we recommend that you allow plenty of time for manufacture to ensure the best quality product.

Hearts & Arrows Melee

All our round melee (small diamonds set into the side of rings) are ideal hearts and arrows cut. This means that not only are our centre diamonds the best cut, but so are our side diamonds. Of course, should you require lower quality melee, please allow us to prepare a quote for you.
