Our Crossfire diamonds are all in stock. This means that you can view comprehensive analysis, including videos, a microsopic photo and cut analysis online from the comfort of your own home. We're so confident of our Crossfire diamonds that we offer a 30-day no questions asked money back guarantee, a one year, 80% buy-back guarantee and a lifetime upgrade guarantee.
	Our Signature Series diamonds, like our Crossfire diamonds, are also kept in stock. The main difference is that our Signature Series diamonds are not cut within the strict parameters of our Crossfire diamonds, but offer the best value - that is, a great diamond at a great price. Similar to our Crossfire diamonds, our Signature Series diamonds have a 30 day money back guarantee and a lifetime upgrade guarantee. They do not however, have a one year, 80% buy-back guarantee.
	Our International Selection are diamonds that we list from cutters and dealers around the world. We require only a small deposit to call the diamond in - $150 for diamonds under $10,000 and 10% for diamonds over $10,000. After calling the diamond in, which usually takes between 5-7 days, we do the same analysis as our Signature Series diamonds and email it to you for your approval. Although we can not call in more than one diamond at a time, using our watchlist function, you can shortlist diamonds you are interested in and we can advise you which diamond is the best and most suitable.

How to Buy

Our Crossfire diamonds, or rings featuring Crossfire diamonds can be purchased online, over the phone, or in our Perth showroom. Because we need to confirm availability of our International Selection diamonds, they can only be purchased over the phone.

Viewing Diamonds in Perth, Melbourne & Sydney

If you're in Perth, we'd be happy to set up an appointment and show you our Crossfire and Signature Series diamonds.

We do also have agents in Sydney and Melbourne. However, these agents are more of an escrow service than somewhere where you can view diamonds whilst still comparing diamonds from other vendors. As such, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit before sending diamonds to Sydney or Melbourne for viewing. This $150 is taken off the purchase price for Crossfire and Signature Series diamonds, but added to the price of our International Selection.
