Since we’ve switched from YouTube to new 640×480 microscopic videos in MPEG4 format, some customers are having trouble viewing them.
So here are a few options (they’re all free and work with Windows, Mac and Linux):
FFDshow - codec pack allowing you to view a variety of codecs with Windows Media Player.
Real Player - That old and sometimes hated player that works really well with our videos.
Video LAN - A nice open source player that has many advanced features such as streaming.
Of course, if you still have problems, you could always email or phone us and we’ll re-encode it for you - we want to sell you a diamond, do we?
