In the last week we have implemented smart email forms on our website to help customers better communicate with us and for us to get a better understanding as to customers’ needs.
Put simply, smart email forms are structured like a questionnaire, allowing us to respond quickly and easily to the most common questions asked through email. It also allows customers to ask questions that they would not have thought of.
